The Office of Student Life organized the Oath Ceremony for the new Club Presidents in the month of March. The ceremony spanned over a three-day period , in order to abide with the COVID SoPs of the university. The Presidents were briefed about the enriched clubs and chapters program 2021 followed by oath-taking by them.

The new Presidents had the following to say about the orientation:
"Thank you, I think the orientation was well suited for an introductory session. I liked how we were briefed about everything on a short time scale"
Ruhama Naeem, President YCR Chapter

"The orientation session was very informative. Glad could see you all together in person and have that interaction, was also delighted to see Dr. Chris and listen to the information he had to add. Looking forward to more such sessions as they are helpful in understanding expectations and also bridging the gap between students and student life."
Laiba Farid, President IUCN Chapter

"The orientation was extremely helpful. I, personally, really liked the way Student Life has introduced incentives to increase participation. Furthermore, I was glad to see how things have become more systematic. In the orientation, most of my concerns were addressed but I still believe that a follow-up meeting would be even more helpful to address any new concerns."
Amal Iqbal, President YPDC Chapter

"Thank you for organizing an orientation; it greatly aided my understanding of club and chapters' procedures. However, in the future, I would advise you to keep track of meeting times.
I am looking forward to more valuable meetings."
Shama Mussa, President Photography Club
"Firstly, I appreciate Student Life for taking so many positive initiatives this year which according to me, will definitely enable the clubs to function in a more effective manner. The one thing which makes me very happy is the presence of proper documentation and permanent channels for communication (event & feedback forms) this year. So good job on that!
As for the orientation itself, I believe that it would have been more fun if all the club presidents attended it together in the auditorium/Tariq Rafi but I am aware that the current situation did not allow us to do that. Apart from that, I was very satisfied with the orientation and how it was conducted."
Ayesha Zafar, President Aaraish-e-Khayal
