As the exam week was approaching, the Office of Health and Wellness decided to talk about the stress and anxiety that comes with examinations. To address the topic, a virtual session which was live-streamed on the official Facebook page of the Office of Health and Wellness was arranged on Friday, 19th March 2021. There was no better option than inviting faculty members to address student concerns related to exams. The esteemed faculty members who were a part of the panel included Professor Inamuallah Nadeem, Dr. Anzar Khaliq, and Professor Rafay Mahmood. The three faculty members not only gave tips on how to deal with exam stress but emphasized how the topic needs to be normalized; they also shared how they dealt with stress and anxiety when they were students. Professor Inamullah Nadeem added that he always finds solace in music and poetry which helps him in stressful times. Professor Rafay Mahmood also shared some really interesting anecdotes from his student life while Dr. Anzar Khaliq stressed the importance of putting one’s mental and physical health above all.

Overall, it was an informative yet engaging session.
